My daughter is 7 months old and nap patterns change – Not I know what to expect! Right now she takes a nap in the morning and an afternoon nap, with total nap time, equivalent to about 2-3 hours. The problem is that a day she naps longer (1.5 hours) in the morning and afternoon nap (30 minutes). Other days he will do his nap in the morning and afternoon.
